Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We proudly ship worldwide! We have shipped hardware to over 150+ countries and we love adding more to the list!

How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?

It all depends on your country and order quantity! Our general estimated delivery time is 3 – 35 days.

The following countries have restricted shipping due to COVID-19:
1. Dispatch possible in most cases, with potential restrictions for specific regions

– Australia: Warenpost items can be sent to Australia. Please note that until further notice, these items will also be shipped via combined air/ocean freight as described above.

– Brazil: DHL Paket International service is available until further notice. Please note that an international crisis surcharge of EUR 2.60 per kilogram (or part thereof) will be applied to each parcel.

– Canada: Until further notice, parcels without Premium service will be transported to Canada by ocean freight only due to very limited transport capacities. Customers should expect significantly longer transit times.

– Chile: DHL Paket International service is available until further notice. Please note that an international crisis surcharge of EUR 3.90 per kilogram (or part thereof) will be applied to each parcel.

– French Guiana / Guadaloupe / Martinique: Parcels, Warenpost and Päckchen products as well as letter mail items weighing over 500 g or with a thickness of more than 2 cm is suspended until further notice.

– New Zealand: For faster delivery of merchandise, we recommend shipping via Parcel with Premium service. With this product, transport is via air freight.

2. Dispatch currently not possible. Please note that any items addressed to these destinations will be returned to the sender.
– Afghanistan / Syria / Yemen / French Polynesia / New Caledonia / Libya

Tracking numbers are sent by email after a short processing period.

Please note, we require 1-5 days to process orders. We strive to ship all items on-time, however, in rare cases, it can take longer. Any orders not received within 8 weeks automatically qualify for a full-refund or reship free of charge!

Do you offer a guarantee? Can I return my item?

Of course. We offer an extended 30 day guarantee!

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your items, or received faulty goods, simply email our sales team at sales@bluecomphandle.de. Please include the email address associated with the order and describe the issue, include photos if possible. We always aim to respond in 3 days or less!
